The offered packaging and filling machine is basically and electro-pneumatic device with vertically mounted structure. This automatic machine is capable of forming pouch, filling material and in sealing the packed pouch. Finally, this machine divides filled pouch from the sealed one. The attached auger filler of this machine is capable of packing up to 5 kg items. This auger filler utilizes central sealed pouch that has been made from single roll of packaging material. The offered machine is connected to collar type former pipe system for transforming flat shaped packaging film into sealed tube with vertical design. Finally, this tube is modified into sealed pouch material. The horizontal jaws of this machine are instrumental in horizontal sealing of pouches. Utilization of compressed air is one of the main aspects of this machine.
